Hillary Finally Tackles Mr. Obama's Pastor
Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God d # # # America."
Hillary has been mum over the last few weeks about Mr. Obama's association with Rev. Wright and his extreme views about America.
But yesterday she told reporters and editors at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that she would have left her church if her pastor had said the kinds of things about the US government and the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks that the Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. did.
"He would not have been my pastor," Clinton said. "You don't choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend."
Clinton also compared Wright's remarks to the "hate speech" of talk-show host Don Imus, who was fired from CBS last year for racially insensitive comments about the Rutgers women's basketball team.

Too bad they missed. ;)
Dear Sarah, Hillary should not have misspoken about her adventures. Comments like that make her look little.
On the Rev. Wright issue, I will comment more later on the damage to Obama's career. I don't think we have heard the last of this.
Mr. Obama will be the Democratic Party candidate, because the Rev. Wright issue came late in the campaign. If this would have surfaced early on, Clinton would be leadring right now. Oh well, this is my take.
I will post again on this issue and Trinity United Church of Christ. Since I have been a member of United Church of Christ (UCC)for many years, I can tell you there is tension within the denomination regarding Trinity.
We at UCC have been trying to merge with the Discples of Christ, a wonderful denomination. But, this issue may kill any chance of a merger. Plus, another denomination was looking at us for possible merger, and this merger may be on the rocks. Gosh, what a mess.
The new minister is spewing the same racist nonsense as Rev. Wright. So, this issue will not go away. Most Americans are not buying the explanation that this type of racist preaching and world-view is commone in the black church.
