Conservatives and Liberals - Both have their merits

Conservatives make some good points. Issues like 1).Limiting the power of the government to take land and property without adequate compensation. 2) Limiting government imposed Affirmative Action programs on organizations. 3). Limiting property taxes and other taxes on the Middle Class.

On the other hand, Liberals have some good ideas like: 1). Proper Social Security and Medicare funding. 2). Civil Liberties in court cases where government motives are questionable. 3). Trade laws that increase business opportunities and bring about high paying jobs in America. 4) Limit police power that is used to abuse a defendant's rights in court. 

In our democracy, it is essential that we keep an open mind.  Our leaders must know that we will not tolerate minimizing of our constitutional rights, which includes the ability to practice free speech on the Internet.  Freedom is not free, so we must keep a steady eye on future leaders. Our leaders must serve all Americans equally.  Any hint of past favoritism or biased thinking must be considered seriously.  Because, the next President of the United States must represent all Americans without bias.
